The contractor shall provide all mobilization, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, site rehabilitation, clean-up, and demobilization. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment; replacement of any damaged 1x decking after COR inspection; installation of 7/16 OSB laid over the existing 1x decking; replacement of roof flashing, including copper drip edge, pipe vent collars with copper base, and copper rain diverter at door; installation of synthetic underlayment; installation of new asphalt shingles; installation of new copper vents; the haul off of all debris; recycling of the asphalt shingles. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will include two base bid items. The disclosure of the magnitude of construction range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160; the small business size standard is $16.5 million. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract. Award selection shall be made on a "Trade-Off Best Value" basis. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about June 3, 2022 at Sam.gov.
