Construction of the Sterling Point Storm Water Pump Station including construction of a fourteen-foot (14') diameter concrete wet well and 8'x20' concrete discharge trough, well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) mixed flow pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; site work; concrete panel fencing with swing gate; concrete pavement; on-site storm sewer piping including well point system and dewatering as necessary; storm junction box and manholes; natural gas engine driven generator; automatic transfer switch and load bank testing; pump station control panel; electrical service; disconnect switches; conduit; wire; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning pump station.
