The Salem School District is seeking bids to restripe parking lots, roadways, play areas and walkways at eight school locations. SCOPE: Contact Garrett MacAskill for details at 603-893-7040 CONDITIONS: The Bidder (also referred to as Contractor) must have experience in this type of work, and shall provide a minimum of three (3) references with the bid. References must be from projects of comparable or greater size completed within the past five (5) years. The Bidder shall perform 100% of the work with his own forces under his direct supervision, unless specifically defined otherwise in the bid proposal. The bidder is solely responsible for all permits and fees as required for the project. Certificates of insurance are required as defined on the attached list. In lieu of a performance bond, a 5% retainage fee based on the total project cost will be held by the District until in their judgment, the project is satisfactorily completed. A schedule of critical dates for this project, with a final completion date, must be included, unless otherwise defined in the attached specifications. The Salem School District Reserves the Unqualified Right to Reject Any and All Proposals or to Accept That Proposal, Which in Their Sole and Absolute Judgment Will Serve the Best Interest of the School District. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Salem School Board, and plainly marked with the name of the bid, and the time of opening.
