Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gibsons, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Sunshine Coast Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to upgrade lighting at the Gibsons and District Volunteer Fire Department Fire Hall. Gibson's Fire Department Fire Hall lighting upgrade: Replace bulbs and ballasts in 1x4 fixtures in truck bay with ballast bypass LED bulbs. Replace 1x4 fixtures with flat panel LED upstairs with selectable colour and dimmable fixtures. Replace incandescent bulbs and fixtures in closets, stairway and washrooms. Replace the exterior halogen flood lights with 30,000 lumen LED fixtures. Replace exterior building and parking lot lights with LED fixtures. Provide full assembly and replace all with: 80cri or greater A stimulating white light, 4,000 or 5000 kelvin selectable Seismic fixtures if required Disposal of old units
