This job is subject to prevailing wages. Current wage rates are provided within the Bid Documents. All payments shall be in the form of a check or money order made payable to Crawford and Associates. Questionsregarding the project plans and specifications will be accepted in writing until noon on, June 3, 2022. All Bid Documents and all contract documents, including specifications governing the contract (Bid Documents), may be examined during regular office hours (by appointment only) at the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Tivoli, The Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Each bidder must deposit with the bid the required security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or a bid bond subject to the conditions of the bid documents.No bid will be accepted unless a signed Certification of Non-Collusion is submitted with the bid. The Village of Tivoli expressly reserves the right to waive any informality in or to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids or to award on any or all items as the interest of the Village may appear to require. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
