The Project will replace an existing dry pit pumping station with a new duplex submersible pump station. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Upon request and receipt of the non-refundable payment indicated above plus a nonrefundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to let the contract in whole or in part and to waive formalities. This project is OWNER funded and is not subject to Federal wage and hour provisions. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required to complete and make ready for operation, the Rogers Gap Pump Station Relocation, as shown on the Drawings and/or specified herein. The work shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: A. CONTRACT 1: 1. Unclassified Earthwork and Structure Excavation 2. Duplex Submersible Pump Station and Valve Pit 3. Demolition and Retrofit of an existing Pump Control Building 4. Relocation of a 250 kW Engine Driven Generator to the adapted control building 5. Electrical modifications 6. Instrumentation and controls (CONTRACTOR will install Mission Communications telemetry provided by OWNER). 7. Yard Piping 8. Site restoration
