The City of Huntington intends to reconstruct 1,500 linear feet of CR 200N west of SR 9, construct an auxiliary right turn lane on southbound SR 9, and construct a new 1,000 linear foot industrial park access roadway extending north from CR 200N. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, clearing right of way, removal of existing pavement and storm sewers, subgrade treatment, underdrains, asphalt pavement and subbase, concrete curb and gutter, driveway improvements, sidewalk, storm sewer construction, water main construction, and surface restoration and erosion control as specified in the Contract Documents. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the projectshall apply to the project throughout. The City of Huntington, Indiana reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects and amend the Project's scope. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to construct the project. The Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose a sthe Owner may request. WORK 1.01 Contractorshall complete all Work asspecified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
