As of June 20 2025 there is no awarded bidder , but it should come soon. New Fire Station 4 and Training Facility project in the City of Cuyahoga Falls. Bidders must use the printed forms provided therefore, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The successful bidder must post a Performance, Payment, Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid.
