Renovation of an educational facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Summit Educational Service Center, Roof Replacement Project. Any proposals submitted after that time will be disqualified and returned. All proposals shall be submitted in triplicate on the provided forms, sealed and marked plainly on the outside envelope: Summit Educational Services Center, Roof Replacement Project. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates) No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening.
