Site work and paving for a road / highway in Issaquah, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this contract is to provide planning, engineering and related services to King County Metro Transit Department, Capital Division, Capital Planning (County) to conduct a corridor study to identify speed and reliability improvements for transit operating along the Greenwood Corridor. The project area spans from the Aurora Bridge to N 145t St. The project will focus on two areas of the Greenwood Corridor served by King County Route 5: 1.Greenwood Avenue between N 67th Street and N 145th Street (the "Project"). 2.Bridge Way N and SR 99 Interchange (Bridge Way N between SR 99 and N 38th St, N 38th St between Bridge Way N and Fremont Way N, and Fremont Way N between Linden Ave N and Aurora Ave) The contract is anticipated to be phased as follows and as detailed below in the Scope of Work: Phase 1: Planning and Alternatives Analysis, including 10% conceptual design and planning-level cost estimation Phase 2: Complete design plans (30%, 60%, 90%, 100% plans), cost estimates and prepare bidding documents Phase 3: Services During Construction This Scope of Work reflects the County's current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations.
