Questions due June 2, 2022 prior to 5:00 p.m. The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in becoming a pre-qualified bidder for County of San Diego for public works project Requests for Bids in accordance with Board of Supervisors Policy F-41 ("Offerors"). Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ ("Qualified") shall be qualified to bid on County public works projects requiring prequalification (including those with a supplemental project-specific prequalification process) for twelve (12) months starting on the effective date of prequalification and shall appear on the Qualified County Public Works Project Contractor List' during that time. The effective date of prequalification will be the first day of the first quarter following issuance of the RFSQ (for example qualification as a part of an April RFSQ shall commence July 1st) or the date actually prequalified if such prequalification occurs after the beginning of the subsequent quarter. The 'Qualified County Public Works Project Contractor List' will be accessible via the Department of Purchasing and Contracting Website.
