Renovation of a power facility in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

Replacing a 12kV metal-clad switchgear at Industrial Substation. The work includes demolition of existing concrete foundations, pad foundation construction, concrete walkway construction, and conduit and grounding grid installation. The substation will remain energized during construction. Please refer to Section 2.16 of the Specifications in the Project Manual for necessary Contractor qualifications. This will be a competitive bid process based on the lump sum amount. Qualified contractors that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Quotations and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. Deadline for questions will be June 13, 2022. COVID-19 Precautions: Safety is our highest priority. To help ensure the safety of everyone involved with this pre-bid meeting, the following is required of all people involved: Observe physical distancing (6 feet) whenever possible, Bring a face covering and wear it during the pre-bid meeting and site inspection. The project site is an energized electric substation. Required PPE for the inspection of the project site is FR clothing in compliance with specification sections 2.8 and 2.9. Vendors not wearing the required PPE will not be allowed to enter the substation and their bids will be rejected.
