As of 10/3/2022, this project has been awarded to Community First Developers LLC for $67,000. Project Location: Pickens County, Hagood Mill Road Bid Bond/Security: Required at 5% of the bid amount Performance Bond: Required at 100% of the bid amount Payment Bond: Required at 100% of the bid amount DBE Participation:Encouraged at 3% or greater Contractor to provide pile driving template and drive provided piles for Pickens County at Hagood Mill Road bridge replacement. Replacement bridge will be 45' single span hollow core slab. County will provide piles, certified welder, crane, crane operator and 14 day notice for pile driving, with a target date of September 19, 2022. Substantial Completion: Project will be completed and ready for final inspection on October 1,2022 Pre-Bid Conference:There will be no pre-bid conference.
