The intent of this RFP is to procure and execute an agreement for a minimum of 90 LUMENS 4K 300X Zoom Ceiling Camera or comparable model with Cat 6a Cabling in the SDPC as more fully set out in the Scope of Work and Specifications. More cameras may be purchased after initial purchase of 90. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: Thursday, June 16, 2022 before 10:00 AM EST. Allquestions should be emailed to Ana Harrison, Coordinator of Procurement atprocurement@pickens.k12.sc.us. Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with, the entity identified as the Offeror. The entity named as the offeror must be a single and distinct legal entity. You must submit a signed copy of this form with your offer. By submitting a bid or proposal, you agree to be bound by the terms of the solicitation. You agree to hold your offer open for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date or longer if required by the District.The initial term of any contract resulting from this RFP shall be for one (1) year, with services to begin on or around June 30, 2022 (or one year from start date). The School District of Pickens County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award the contract on the basis of benefits other than price alone. It further reserves the right to purchase based upon price and/or benefits, which best meet the needs of the district.
