Renovation of a transportation facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338, is currently accepting sealed Invitations to Bid (ITB) from qualified contractors per NRS 338.1382 to furnish all labor and materials for modernization and maintenance of four (4) arrival and departure escalators located at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Participation in this solicitation requires the submitting Consultant to be in compliance with the General Civil Rights Provisions found in 49 USC 47123 in addition to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The RTAA in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
