Thirteen (13) 4 bedrooms apartments, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, common area and laundry/mechanical room. There are 6 closets for a total of 14 doors per apartment with nine-foot ceilings. See attached residential floor plan for 4 bedrooms.
Contractor shall furnish labor and material to prep, spot prime and apply two coats of paint on walls, ceilings, doors and frames using Sherwin-Williams paint. Colors will be selected by owner.
Contractor must do all necessary point up to ensure a professional finish.

Ceilings - Ceiling White
Trim - Bright White
All appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toilets will be disconnected by the owner for easy access.
Contractor shall be responsible for moving furniture and appliances out of the way to complete work, and return furniture and appliances to their original location after completion of the project.
Contractor must supply all materials required for the project.
Contractor shall supply Richard Bland College of William & Mary 10% attic stock of paint.
Contractor is responsible for cleanup and disposal of used materials.
