Residential Suites - 13 each Carpeting - Bedrooms Ten (20) apartments have 4 bedrooms measuring approximately 13'- 6" X 10', 135 sq. ft. each, total carpeted approximately 540 per apartment. VCT Common Areas - Each apartment has approximately 650 sq. ft. within the common area. Contractor shall remove existing flooring (carpet and/or linoleum). Furnish and install VCT in random patterns (Armstrong 51941 White, 57517 Bodacious Blue, 51916 Dutch Delft, 51807 Shadow Blue, 51860 Soft Cool Gray). Remove existing cove base and install new 4" cove base. Contractor shall supply Richard Bland College of William & Mary 10% attic stock of flooring. No flooring in laundry/mechanical rooms. All appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and toilets will be disconnected by the owner. Contractor shall be responsible for moving furniture and appliances out of the way to complete work. Contractor must return all furniture and appliances to their original location after completion of the project. Contractor is responsible for all removal and disposal of materials. Contractor is responsible for all transitions and minor floor patch. Contractor must supply and install all materials required for the project.
