The Wallace Street project ends at 1st Avenue (Station 5013+72.33) and begins west of Avenue B, 2,172.33 feet west of 1 st Avenue, (Station 4992+00.00). The net length of the project is 2,172.33 feet (0.41 miles). DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This project consists of the removal and re-alignment of Wallace Street west of Avenue B to 1st Avenue, and the replacement of the intersection of Avenue B and Wallace Street with a Round About. Roadway work consists of pavement, driveway and sidewalk removal, earthwork, storm sewer, aggregate subbase, Concrete and Hot-Mix Asphalt pavement, pavement markings, sidewalks, watermain, storm sewer, landscaping restoration & seeding, street lighting and electrical, and other various roadway items.
