The City will respond to any requests for clarification to this RFP in addendum(s), or in written responses issued to all proposers, if deemed necessary to the proper completion of this RFP process. Inquiries must be directed to Theatre Director BT McNicholl @ btmcnicholl@lamiraratheatre.com. All requests for clarification must be in writing and received by June 1, 2022. Only written responses to such requests shall be binding on the City. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City Clerk at the above referenced address. The sealed envelope containing a proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as "Cabaret Lighting Equipment" and shall contain the lighting company's name and address. One (1) unbound original and two (2) copies of the proposal must be submitted. The lighting company's cost proposal shall accompany the proposal but must be in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Cost Proposal." Only one (1) copy of the cost proposal is required. Following proposal submittal and review, it is anticipated that the City will conduct interviews with selected Companies during the week of May 31, 2022 with the contract anticipated to be awarded by the La Mirada City Council, if at all, on June 14, 2022. The City reserves the right to waive any errors or irregularities in any proposals, and to accept or reject any or all proposals and may, at its discretion, negotiate with one or more proposers. The City reserves the right to revise equipment quantities or specifications, terminate this process, and/or issue a new RFP.
