Island Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide cleaning services at 5878 York Road, Duncan, BC, which is an Island Health leased facility, approximately 6,381 square feet, housing the Cowichan Wellness and Recovery Centre (the "Centre"). The Centre is co-operated by Island Health in partnership with Lookout Housing and Health Society. The programs provided at the Centre include TiOAT (Tablet Injectable Opioid Agonist Therapy) Services, and a holistic approach to mental health and substance use through prevention, treatment and recovery services, located across from the Warmland House Shelter. The successful Proponent may have interactions with clients and/or members of the community that are on the property upon arrival and departure of their shift in a friendly yet professional manner, while being aware of the safety protocols. The term of this contract will be for two (2) years with a renewable two (2) year term for a maximum of four (4) years.
