Summit County Transportation (Owner) hereby invites qualified firm(s) interested in providing Architectural Services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/P) in connection with the re-model/ re-purposing of the Little Beaver Trail Employee housing project in Silverthorne, CO. The Owner proposes to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the Architect throughout the planning, design and construction. The owner I seeking a lean and efficient design package. In addition to providing customary Architectural/Design services, the Candidate will assist with the diligence required to provide efficient and responsible use of the current structure. Respecting design modifications will be necessary, The Owner still anticipates an expedited design phase with a goal of beginning construction in the late Fall of 2022. RFQ/P Clarification Deadline by 3pm 05.27.2022 Construction Commences 11.01.2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
