The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency (the "WCIDA"), in partnership with Wayne County (the "County"), is seeking proposals from interested parties for the redevelopment of the former Butler Correctional Facility (the "Site"), currently owned by the New York State Urban Development Corporation, who has approved the WCIDA to pursue proposals and facilitate a transaction.
