Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Red Creek, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Work of Contract #1 - General Construction Including but not limited to- Division 00,01,03,06,07,08,09,12,13,31,32 Includes but not limited to all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to construct a complete post frame metal building structure, including sitework, septic system and paving. Work of Contract #2- Electrical Including but not limited to - Division00,01,26 Includes but not limited to all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to install new electrical service and complete building electrical systems for services Work of Contract #3- Mechanical, Plumbing & HVAC Including but not limited to- Division 00,01,22,23 Includes but not limited to all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to install complete mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Alternate #1 includes a ground source HVAC system. Bid security in the amount of 10% of Bid Amount must accompany each bid. Project requires bidders to include prevailing labor rates as published by the NYS labor dept. Bidders are required to comply with all requirements of NYS labor laws. Web site Pubic work. Eligible Bidders must be Registered with the NYSDOL Contractor registry The successful Bidders shall be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
