the school district of st. joseph ("district") will accept qualifications for professional architectural and engineering design services as described in the attached request. the school district of st. joseph ("district") is seeking to an architectural and engineering firm (consultant) to provide architect services for a variety of projects. these projects could include at 15,000 sf addition to the hillyard technical center. the contracted services to be performed will be to furnish all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts and supplies necessary for conceptual design, preliminary plans, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications, and construction review to include construction permit review approvals through the appropriate governing authorities. the district reserves the right to approve all consultants that make up the architect team that may be required for the completion of a project. upon successful approval, the district will utilize the selected firms. this request for qualifications will be referred to as exhibit a in the final contract between the district and the selected firm. the district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any "informalities" in the proposals received whenever such selection, rejection or waiver is in its best interest. contract period: start date - june 28, 2022 completion date - june 28, 2025 the method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
