The Toombs County Board of Commissioners is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction of the attached Landscaping Plan for the Building located at 360 Bulldog Road, Lyons, Georgia 30436 Any questions concerning the bid should be submitted in writing, with email being sufficient, to tccommissioners@gmail.com by Noon June 3, 2022. To be included on the responses ALL INTERESTED PARTIES must notify the county in writing, email is acceptable, that they wish to be included. Questions and responses will be provided to all interested parties no later than Noon June 6, 2022 A pre-construction meeting will be held June 22, 2022 after the award of the contract. Contractor must follow all Federal and State Laws and provide proof of Workman Compensation Insurance and liability insurance in the amount of $ 500,000 per occurrence with Toombs County named as an additional insured and e-verify compliance when bid is awarded. Contractor must obtain any local government approval and permit if any. The attached Landscape Plan is part of this RFP. The signage on the Landscape Plan is NOT a part of the RFP. Toombs County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, re-advertise the proposal, waive technicalities/administrative errors (as defined by Toombs County) and make awards in the best interest of the county and in compliance with state law.
