Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Milbank, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Each bidder shall visit the site and shall completely inform himself relative to the conditions of compliance. All conditions shall be properly investigated and considered in the preparation of the bid. There will be no subsequent financial adjustment for lack of prior information. Considerations of the bids will take place at the City Council Meeting, 7:00 PM, June 13, 2022, at the City Office. The successful low bidder as determined by the Milbank City Council, shall submit a Certificate of Insurance to the City Finance Officer assuring that the bidder has provided for, paid for, and maintaining in full force and effect the coverage at not less than that required to cover the bidders activities, or those activities of anyone either directly or indirectly employed by the Bidder or subcontractor or by anyone for whose acts they may be liable. The City of Milbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities as deemed to be in the best interest of Milbank, South Dakota.
