The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MERN), through its Estrie-Montréal-Chaudière-Appalaches-Laval-Montérégie-Centre-du-Québec regional office of the regional operations sector, requires the services professionals from a service provider for the conduct of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for a former dump that may contain contaminants.
