Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Replacing large-format storage tanks to use small chemical totes including the demolition of piping and pumps, and reworking of piping. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents. The NEORSD will not be responsible or liable for project addenda that are not received by the bidder due to incorrect or out-of-date contact information. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bidders and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 15% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE.
