Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 26, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Roof Replacement of three (3) separate roofs located at two of the three NEORSD Treatment Centers. Roof Repairs at six (6) separate roofs located at the three NEORSD Treatment Centers. All questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be directed to the Project Manager for the NEORSD, Nick Parisi at (440) 479 0710 or e-mail ParisiN@neorsd.org The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 5% MBE/WBE and 0% SBE. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received.
