Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Wales, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of July 6, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project includes replacement of 1,832 linear feet of 15 vitrified clay sanitary sewer main and 851 linear feet of sanitary sewer lateral services with PVC pipe along Elm Avenue in North Wales Borough, Montgomery County, PA. The project also includes installation of approximately 954 linear feet of 12 through 24 storm pipe and 15 storm structures, along with associated roadway, sidewalk, curb, and lawn restoration Install approximately 954 linear feet of 12" through 24" storm pipe and 15 storm structures in Elm Avenue and North Swartley Street, along with associated roadway, sidewalk, curb, and lawn restoration. Construct new inside drop connection within existing Sewer Manhole 12 at the intersection of Main Street and Elm Avenue. Repair an existing pipe to manhole connection at existing Sewer Manhole 17 at the intersection of Beaver and Fourth Streets. Replace an existing patterned/textured crosswalk at the intersection of Elm Avenue and Main Street. Milling and wearing course placement over all of Elm Avenue and a portion of North Swartley Street. Construction of sewer main, manholes, sewer laterals, storm pipes, storm structures, and appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
