Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fredonia, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Excavate and remove the existing sidewalk materials, install new sub-base material where needed, install new cast-in place concrete sidewalk, detectable dome pavers, and all restoration of the work areas. Note: The concrete is to be provided by SUNY Fredonia and installed by the contractor. The concrete color shall be Fredonia Buff. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
