Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 8/11/2022, this project was cancelled. It will be re-advertised in the coming weeks. Questions and/or clarifications are due by 11:00 A.M. on June 16, 2022 to Shelita Sells at ssells@swbno.org.The Project contemplated consists of Installation and Procurement of Boiler Feed Pumps. The Work will be completed in all respects within 365 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run.In order to perform public work, Bidder and Subcontractor shall hold all necessary licenses as required by the above referenced Louisiana Statutes.Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Envelopes containing bids and bid guarantee must be sealed, marked with the project name and with the Contractors name as it appears on the license and the Louisiana Contractors License number. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or proposals for just cause. The Board also reserves the right to reject all proposals in the event that a formal agreement regarding funding from FEMA is not received prior to award of this Contract. Owners right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
