The Town of Vernon, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call services for sidewalk installation at various locations in Vernon, CT. The selected contractor will provide services related to the removal and disposal of existing bituminous or concrete sidewalks, preparation for and installation of new concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons, ADA-accessible ramps and other incidental work as directed throughout FY 2022-2023. The base period of this contract shall extend from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, with an option to extend the contract for an additional year to June 30, 2024 if agreeable to both parties. A firm must have a demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to all State and Federal standards and requirements typical for this service.
