The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of roofing services. The prime contractor shall be a Florida licensed Roofing Contractor. 1) Roofing contractor to perform services for the emergency and repair services to existing facilities. 2) Ability to respond to the service needs in 24 hours with Pinellas county schools' specifications approval. 3) Ability to identify and make repairs necessary according to PCSB specifications. 4) Ability to repair modify, metal, shingle, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), coal-tar pitch, and ethylene propylene diene monomer roofing. 5) Ability to provide all tools, equipment, materials and disposal, as needed. June 15, 2022 Last Day to request additional information or clarification On or About July 12, 2022 Notice of Intent to Award posted in the purchasing department and on The Contract Period shall commence on July 26, 2022, and end July 25, 2024. The purchasing department expressly reserves the right to reject any bid proposal if it determines that the business and technical organization, equipment, financial and other resources, or experience of the Bidders, compared to work proposed, justifies such rejection.
