Contract: DB00536 Wbs elements: BP2.R018.3 Counties: Pitt Routes: SR 1565 Description: Bridge Replacement of Bridge 15 Over Chicod Creek on SR 1565 in Pitt County The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above referenced project. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary for the completion of this contract. The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the regulations of the Department of Transportation (49 CFR, Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin. The availability date for this project is the date the Contractor begins work but not before August 15, 2022 or later than September 16, 2022.
