Residential has one kitchen, one laundry room, and one single restroom. Concrete sidewalk and patio demo and replace. Address: Copper Basin Resident House#119, 158000 MWD Road. Parker Dam, CA 92239. This is a prevailing wage job and bidder's are required to be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. Excavate and trench new waste line. Remove and replace renovate existing single-family homes and garages as shown on the exhibits and as specified herein. The plumbing waste and vent lines in re-pipe scope of work includes the following: Utility location Properly mark and locate all underground utilities: Utilities include fire sprinkler system, landscape and domestic water lines, electrical lines. Potholing/Vacuum excavation trenching and digging work areas as indicated on drawings. Mechanical and Plumbing: Remove and install new waste lines and vent lines at kitchen, laundry room and restroom out to main as indicated on drawings. Concrete: Demo and replace concrete porch, patio area and sidewalk as indicated on drawings. Earthwork: Excavation and trenching: Work location foundation conditions is rock base, new waste line route as indicated on drawings. Vacuum excavation waste line trench to mitigate damage. Contractor is responsible for all repairs to utilities damaged during construction. o Architectural: Patch and paint all exterior wall and eave surfaces (stucco, wood siding, wood trim, and wood eave fascia boards and soffits). Patch and paint all interior walls, ceilings, baseboards, casings and trim surfaces. Paint all doors, door frames, casings, and trim. Provide new floorings. Replace existing wood cabinets, casework and countertops in the bathroom. Patch and paint all interior drywall and ceiling surfaces including wood trim, wood paneling, wood wainscots and wood baseboards. Install Metropolitan-furnished kitchen appliances (electric range, microwave oven, and refrigerator).
