Mendes-Monteiro House MassWorks Phase 1 Site Improvements - The Dartmouth Housing Authority is receiving public bids for the work consisting of but not limited to construction of a parking lot, entrance drives, sidewalks and walkways, utilities, drainage systems, landscaping, lighting, and signage, restoring all disturbed areas to their existing state. Site preparation includes, but not limited to protection of trees, signage, building entrances and property, placement of erosion control, saw-cutting and removal of existing bituminous concrete pavement, and removal of trees. Complete as shown on the plans and as specified in the Contract Documents. Complete site work related to the Mendes-Monteiro House, MassWorks Phase 1 Site Improvements. In general this work shall include demolition, construction of a parking lot, access drives, drainage systems, utilities, sidewalks, wood guardrail, restoring all disturbed areas to their existing state. Excavation and backfilling for the drainage system. Removal ofinvasive species and other vegetation around the existing drainage basin. Installation of native species. Installation of a stabilized stone dust walkway. Work of the Contract includes, without limitation all work inside the Project Site, property lines, and work limit lines as required by the Contract Documents and as required for the proper performance and completion of the work of the Contract, including restoration to its original condition of all work damaged or destroyed by work in areas outside ofthe Project Site.
