Boulevard Storm Sewer Cleaning Project , This project consists of cleaning/removing approximately 100 C.Y. of silt/debris from within a 60-inch storm sewer by manually cleaning or jetting. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of Leetsdale Borough executed by the bidder and a surety company satisfactory to the Borough, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. The Leetsdale Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening.
