They will discuss at September 22, 2022 meeting.** Contract 1-22: Consists of the construction of approximately 3,300 L.F. of 16 DR-21 HDPE/16 DR-25 C900 forcemain along with one railroad spur crossing, one air release vault, 116 L.F. of 24 PVC, 2 manholes and all connections and repaving/restoration. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Leetsdale Borough Municipal Authority, executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company satisfactory to the Authority, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid, must be submitted with the proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Submission. The Leetsdale Borough Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any Contract work awarded wi11 be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. This project was financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority under the H20 PA Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Program. Compliance shall be required with the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination made by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for this project.
