The project consists of removing approximately 80' of existing guiderail and installing 80' of reinforced concrete barrier wall or 9 precast type CB Colorado Barriers along the ramp between Broad Street and Ohio River Boulevard (Route 65) in Leetsdale Borough, Allegheny County, PA A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Leetsdale Borough executed by the bidder and a surety company satisfactory to the Township, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. Leetsdale Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening
