Demolition and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manchester, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Work consists of construction of a new headworks building including a wastewater screen and grit removal system, 500,000 gallon equalization tank, pipework, electrical and related appurtenances. The Contract is funded with a Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) loan. Bidders are required to complete the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and other Responsibility Matters statement included in the Project Manual and follow program requirements including American Iron and Steel.
