Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of pathway connection from Carr Park in the Village of Manchester to Grossman Road in Manchester Township. Work includes rehabilitation of an existing 4 sidewalk and construction of a new 8 wide hard surface pathway to meet ADA requirements. Associated work includes grading of the new pathway, and driveway reconfiguration at pathway crossings. Question Deadline 07/30/2024 Any questions regarding the project shall be brought to the attention of Cassandra Wagner at Stantec Consulting Michigan Inc., in writing at cassandra.wagner@stantec.com. Questions by telephone calls are prohibited. Questions will not be accepted if received less than seven (7) calendar days before the bids are due. MDOT PRE-QUALIFICATION: The following CONTRACTOR MDOT pre-qualification is required for this project: N/A Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check, money order or bid bond, payable to the OWNER, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, as a Bid Security The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract. OWNER reserves the right to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any Proposal, in the interest of the OWNER.
