Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Manchester, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

All work for Riverside Intermediate Renovations is to be completed per plans and specifications and captured within the following work categories. Each work category to be bid as full categories and issued as prime contracts. Allowances listed and voluntary alternates; and unit costs incorporated at the Owners discretion. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Questions must be submitted in writing (RFI) to the Construction Manager at least seven (7) days before the date for receipt of bids to allow time for written Addenda to be issued. All questions during the bidding period shall be emailed to Heather Place at hplace@mooretrosper.com. Absolutely no direct contact with the Architect or Owner will be permitted.
