Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Manchester, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Trades are needed in the following divisions: 06-01 General Trades 26-01 Electrical 31-01 Earthwork/Utilities/Soil Erosion/ Site Clearing 32-01 Asphalt Paving 32-02 Fencing All questions during the bidding period shall be emailed to Heather Place at hplace@mooretrosper.com. Absolutely no direct contact with the Architect or Owner will be permitted. All bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to award of contract (not prior to bidding). Any bidder wishing to be on the bidders list for this project please send an e-mail to Moore Trosper Construction Company at hplace@mooretrosper.com. The requirements for bidding this project in addition to the above referenced items are: o A bid bond will be required (5% of total bid). o Ability to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond for 100% of the amount of each bid. PREVAILING WAGES AND CERTIFIED PAYROLL ARE REQUIRED. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2025.
