Renovation of an educational facility in Manchester, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal of the existing roof system(s) as designated on the plans down to the existing roof deck. Removal of the existing perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings/caps as required for the work. Install new EPDM membrane roof and insulation (flat and tapered). Install new perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings/caps as designated on the plans or required for the project. Raise existing rooftop mechanical and/or electrical equipment as necessary to satisfy all manufacturer warranty requirements. Install metal wall ladder as indicated on the drawings. Complete sets of the Bidding Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from specified locations or requested digitally from the architect. It is the contractors responsibility to review the job site and conditions prior to submitting their bid. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Last Request for Information or Substitution Due Architect will respond and return RFIs to Contractor within seven calendar days of receipt
