The City of Oceanside is requesting proposals from design-build firms that demonstrate qualifications and experience of services for the design, construction, and warranty maintenance of the Brooks Street Swim Center Renovations. The method of project execution is the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) project delivery method. The City requests the project to be completed by Spring 2023.Construction should occur during the pool's off-season which is further described as September 2022 through April 2023.
