Lump Sum Furnish and Install Solids residual handling system including 3 - 30 CY sludge drying boxes, chemical feed system and enclosure, electrical system improvements, infl uential piping, drain piping, valves, interconnections, fi ttings and appurtenances, concrete drives, fl oor drains, eye wash/shower with piping, controls/scada integration. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.) Contractor must obtain plans and specifi cations from the offi ce of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifi cations or revisions, to reach the offi ce designated in the solicitation by the time specifi ed in the solicitation. Any proposal, modifi cation, or revision received at the offi ce designated in the solicitation after the exact time specifi ed for receipt of offers is "late" and will not be considered. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Cushing Municipal Authority to the address above. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as "Wastewater Treatment Plant Residuals Handling Facility."
