Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Contract "A" - General Site Construction 1. Site improvements with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, demolition, earthwork, concrete, and installation of pre-manufactured shade structures, landscape restoration, underground storm, sanitary and water utilities, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, asphalt paving, free-standing seat walls, and landscaping. Installation of three 10'x10' pre-manufactured shelters. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. Contract "B" - Building Construction & Site Electrical 1. Building construction and site electrical improvements for construction of; Restroom and mechanical building with work including, but not limited to; footings and foundations, masonry, concrete, framework, walls, doors, windows, roofs, ceilings, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and masonry entry feature. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the Contractor's bid. Work by others or Owner that shall be concurrent to work of this contract includes the following: 1. Supplying and installing play equipment, poured in place surface and base material will be procured by OWNER. Coordinate work of these contracts with play equipment installer. 2. Supplying and installing splash pad equipment, splash pad concrete, base material and associated piping/mechanicals will be procured by Owner. Coordinate work of these contracts with splash pad installer. - See note below for electrical work required by Contract "B" in coordination with Splash Pad Installer. 3. Installation of the electrical service will be provided by Others (WPS) and is to be coordinated and paid for by Contract "B". Pulling wire and grounding for splash pad controllers is to be provided by Contract "B" 4. Coordinate work of these Contracts with all work by Owner and others.
