Renovation of a library in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
WORK INCLUDES: Proper removal and disposal of current skylights installation including replacement and reflash and seal all roof penetrations for new units. The Common Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or accept the bid or bids which best serve the interest of the City of Waupaca. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the Common Council. 1. Remove and dispose of existing skylights 2. Furnish and install new energy efficient skylights 3. Replace and reflash and seal all roof penetrations for new units 4. Furnish manufacturer warranty for accepted skylights 5. Skylight replacement will also require coordination with roofing replacement
