In general, the work consists of the demolition of 19 existing cottages including basement/foundation removal; disconnection and removal of unused underground utilities including electric, phone, television, gas, water, sanitary, and steam; and construction of new paved parking areas for approximately 72 parking stalls. New LED site lighting is to be provided, as well as a bioinfiltration basin for stormwater management. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
